With a strong background in sales and marketing, Libby brings the perspective of someone who’s not only led marketing teams – but also successfully run her own businesses. She understands first-hand the challenges business owners face and uses that experience to deliver practical, commercially focused marketing support.
She’s managed multiple brands, launched new ones, and turned struggling businesses around – always with a sharp focus on return on investment.
An early career highlight saw Libby work her way up to become Head of Marketing for a national training company, which was later acquired by a private equity firm in a £20 million deal – a result driven in part by the brand value she helped create.
Libby joined LWS in 2020 and now leads the day-to-day operations as Director of Client Services & Operations. Working closely with Claire, CEO, and Sarah, Strategic Marketing Expert & Brand Guardian, Libby ensures every client benefits from structured delivery, continuous optimisation and a strong link between sales and marketing.
An expert in building high-converting sales funnels, Libby is passionate about turning marketing activity into measurable sales outcomes. From first click to final conversion, she ensures every step of the customer journey is optimised to bring in a steady flow of high-quality, pre-qualified leads.
Outside of work, Libby is a musical theatre fan and talented singer, often found belting out show tunes on long car journeys.
